We’re aware that construction isn’t the only service our customers require and as such we offer to manage every stage of your development. We will organise feasibility studies and instruct an architect from our approved list to draw up designs as well as liaising with building control at each stage of the work for you. While we will always keep you informed of any cosmetic changes that need to be made throughout the project we also realise that there may be elements of the build that you wish to change and are happy to discuss these with you. In addition, before starting work, we draw up a schedule of works so that we can provide you with both a planned completion date as well as a breakdown of the major stages so you can keep track of our progress.
Most importantly however, we’re aware that we’re often renovating homes that families already live in and have undertaken many projects in the past where we’ve worked around this. We offer temporary facilities for key areas of the house – kitchens, bathrooms etc – and always strive to keep the site as safe as possible, minimizing the risk for children.
