Ground Floor Extention
This is a small 3M x 3M single storey vaulted roof extension, to provide a separate dining area for the family.
We removed some load bearing internal walls, to open up the ground floor and installed cabling for an AV system, which the client fitted himself.
We removed an existing window and fitted a set of folding sliding doors in the Sitting Room area, to match the new doors being fitted in the new Dining Room.
New engineered flooring throughout gives the impression of extra space and the new fitted Kitchen rounded the project off nicely.
The vaulted, rather than flat ceiling does not cost an awful lot more, but really adds to the feeling of space, especially in a relatively small room.
As you can see by the images, the brief was perfectly captured.
